We're now seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of their own home. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers in Spanish and English. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our products and services to ensure our customers get the most value from their arenaflex experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a strong work ethic, and are fluent in Spanish and English, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers, from simple concerns to escalated and complex situations * Promote arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value from their experience * Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training * Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions * Ability to be on camera during all video meetings * Superb attendance and punctuality * Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as well as weekends and holidays * Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks * Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best In Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Experience working with diverse customer bases * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection * Collaborative and supportive team environment, with ongoing training and development opportunities * Flexible scheduling, with opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and paid sick time * 401(k) investments with company-matched funds * Tuition reimbursement * Heavily discounted arenaflex, Sling, and Boost Mobile services * Opportunities to participate in employee resource groups and community outreach initiatives **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting pay varies by location, with a minimum of $15.00/hour * 10% increase to your starting rate upon completing an apprenticeship * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and paid sick time * 401(k) investments with company-matched funds * Tuition reimbursement * Heavily discounted arenaflex, Sling, and Boost Mobile services * Opportunities to participate in employee resource groups and community outreach initiatives **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
