**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
