**Key Responsibilities**
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls and assisting consumers with filing claims via phone or online
* Explaining dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed
* Addressing basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws
* Assisting with consumer outreach and supporting special projects to achieve program goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn
* Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment
* **MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish**
**Additional Details**
* Contract-to-hire position with structured training and potential for promotion
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (60-minute unpaid lunch)
* Background check required, covering the past 10 years (federal, state, and county checks)
