• Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders

• Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assisting in additional team and organizational projects as required

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience

• Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
