The Actuarial Development Program at arenaflex is a full-time, dynamic, and long-term program that is intended to foster the development of individuals entering the actuarial field into future leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in all four rotations of the program, which will immerse you in key business areas and provide you with exposure to risk evaluation, rate filing, reserve analysis, planning and budgeting, pricing, trend and product design, and technical capability
- Developing and applying actuarial skills and knowledge to support business decision-making and drive business results
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive business outcomes
- Analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions and drive business results
- Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
