This is a remote position. Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact searches for senior, specialist, and business-critical roles across multiple industries. This is a consultative recruitment role, not a volume-based sourcing position. As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner directly with founders, executives, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, define success profiles, and deliver top-tier talent. You will own searches end-to-end—from role intake and strategy to candidate assessment, client advisory, and offer support. This role is ideal for a recruiter who values quality over quantity, exercises strong judgment, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Client Partnership & Search Strategy - Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, role requirements, and hiring priorities - Advise clients on market conditions, role scoping, and candidate expectations - Define success profiles and hiring strategies for senior and specialized roles Candidate Sourcing & Assessment - Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates across executive, leadership, and specialist positions - Conduct in-depth evaluations focused on experience, leadership, communication, and cultural alignment - Present well-vetted, endorsed candidates with clear insights and recommendations End-to-End Recruitment Ownership - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and offers - Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and clients - Ensure a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates Stakeholder Communication & Advisory - Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the hiring process - Provide timely updates, feedback summaries, and hiring recommendations - Support offer discussions and hiring decisions as needed Requirements Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in executive recruitment, senior-level recruiting, or specialist hiring - Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes - Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously - Professional, consultative approach to client and candidate interactions Preferred Qualifications - Experience recruiting for senior roles across finance, operations, sales, technology, or leadership functions - Background in agency or retained executive search environments - Experience working with global or remote talent markets What Success Looks Like - High-quality, well-aligned candidate submissions - Strong client satisfaction and repeat business - Efficient, well-managed recruitment processes - Trusted relationships with clients and candidates Benefits Why Join BruntWork - Fully remote, flexible work environment - Ownership and autonomy over your searches - Opportunity to work on high-impact, senior-level roles - Supportive team and structured recruitment processes - Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
