Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the full social department, including tasks such as opening social handles, processing contracts, billing, and liaising with social platform partners.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure that all logistical aspects of business trips are meticulously planned and executed.
• Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, securing and planning space, facilitating content development, and following up on action items as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,300 to $71,300 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, as well as a range of perks and benefits, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
