Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
