They are seeking an Entry-Level Deputy Project Manager to support project delivery and operations across various business lines, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities - Partner with Project Managers to support a variety of projects and programs across the region - Monitor project performance and understand how individual projects contribute to overall business outcomes - Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, and contribute to project delivery - Apply standard engineering and project management techniques to develop technical skills and professional judgment - Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and other project deliverables under the supervision of experienced professionals - Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across teams - Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools to support project and business operations - Collect data and prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts on key project and program financial metrics - Conduct research, perform analysis, and present recommendations based on findings - Coordinate with business lines and corporate teams to compile and analyze data for management reporting - Assist Project Managers with cost control, schedule tracking, and other key project management functions Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field - Relevant experience, internship or professional work, is a plus - Working Knowledge of industry software such as Oracle- Primavera P6 software, Revit, etc - Working Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power Bi and Office 365 apps such as Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Design - Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, high proficiency with Excel - Ability to work with different levels of both technical and administrative personnel - High comfort level with quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints - Excellent communicator including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers - Ability to prioritize tasks with a commitment to completing tasks with urgency and within established deadlines Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - Life - AD&D - Disability benefits - Paid time off - Leaves of absences - Voluntary benefits - Perks - Flexible work options - Well-being resources - Employee assistance program - Business travel insurance - Service recognition awards - Retirement savings plan - Employee stock purchase plan Company Overview - AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets.
