About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service during marketing campaigns and promotions

• Support events, brand activations, and customer-facing initiatives
