Department:  Employer Services FLSA Status: Full Time, -Non-Exempt Salary Level: 2 Salary range: $17.19/hr - $20.63/hr  Enrollment Representative I Primary Purpose:  The Enrollment Coordinator supports day-to-day enrollment operations by processing eligibility updates, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely assistance to internal teams, members, and employer groups. This role ensures a smooth and efficient enrollment experience through strong attention to detail and responsive customer service. Key Responsibilities:  • Process enrollments, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time  • Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing information  • Respond to enrollment-related inquiries and support issue resolution  • Manage incoming emails, efax, mail, and voicemail  • Prepare and send correspondence, including ACRs and denial letters  • Maintain reports, tracking logs, and documentation  • Provide basic support for Online Employer Portal users  • Assist with scanning, filing, and record maintenance  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations Required Qualifications:  • High school diploma or equivalent  • 1+ year of customer service experience  • Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office)  • Excellent attention to detail and organization  • Strong communication and time management skills Preferred Qualifications:  • Associate degree  • Experience in healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or insurance Working Conditions: - Service center environment with a moderate noise level - Frequent sitting, standing, walking, stooping, reaching, seeing, hearing, and speaking - Daily use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment - Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20–25 pounds **This position is eligible for remote (work-from-home) arrangements, based on business needs and company policy.
