Work - Led a Team Of 5 People Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With Accounting Standards Related To Real Estate Leases, Asset Leases, And Consolidated Leases, Such As ASC 842 Or IFRS.
- Responsible For The Preparation And Review Of Loan Book Entries For Global Transactions, Including Collections And Adjustments.
- Prepare Account Balances And Explanations Of The Reasons For Changes Associated With Lease Accounts And Quarterly Closings, As Well As 10Q/K ASC 842 Reports.
- Led the Quarterly SOX Audit Team To Ensure The Accuracy And Completeness Of All Real Estate, Asset, And Loan Transactions.
- Lead A 3 3-person team Responsible For Paying All Real Estate Operating Expenses (REO).
- Manage The Company's Quarterly CRE Coverage, Including Totals, Margins, Exposure F/S, Reasons For Change Analysis And Volatility.
- Improve Efficiency Through Continuous Monitoring And Improvement Of Existing Processes And Maintain An Up-To-Date Understanding Of Any Changes In Loan Accounting Standards.
- Contributor To Various Projects Including Tririga (Lease Management/Accounting Software) Changes, S4/Hana Implementation, And Other Corporate Initiatives.
