For our client, we are seeking a Director Inclusion & Belonging to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Consumer Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $178,561 – $367,626 annually. • *Responsibilities** • Co-create the strategic direction for Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) initiatives in alignment with company goals • Advise senior executives on I&B priorities and current trends with profound influence • Lead company-wide change initiatives to integrate I&B into company's culture and operations • Develop partnerships with executives to promote and prioritize I&B strategy across the organization • Lead inclusion and equity programs, driving organizational adoption and transformation • Oversee I&B strategies throughout the talent lifecycle, enhancing hiring and retention for underrepresented groups • Establish measurable OKRs for impact and ensure data-driven transparency in reporting • *Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience (10+ years) • Experience with AI tools for program impact measurement and innovation • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale inclusion and equity strategies • Demonstrated capacity to drive executive change and measurable results in a complex, global setting • History of advising C-level executives on talent and engagement matters • Expertise in forming cross-functional partnerships and scaling inclusive talent strategies • Strong background in leveraging data analytics for leadership accountability and improvements • *Benefits** • Flexible working arrangements for optimal work-life balance • Opportunities for career development and growth within the organization • A culture that celebrates diversity and encourages unique experiences • Mentorship programs aimed at professional development • Access to industry events that promote brand and impact awareness Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
