About the position
Responsibilities
• Support marketing programs related to customer experience, acquisition, retention, reactivation, and top customer strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to coordinate national email and text programs and develop customer journeys utilizing email, text, and social touchpoints.
• Understanding of and the ability to direct all aspects of creative: copy, imagery, design, and video content.
• Project manage and execute national and local external campaigns to drive awareness and action by intended audiences across multiple digital marketing tactics.
• Support various marketing programs and communication of programs to the franchise system, including kitchen & bath grand opening campaigns, product expansion marketing and management of collateral.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
• Both B2B and B2C experience preferred.
• Experience with creative development, video productions and marketing communication preferred.
• Strong writing and personal computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Suite Creative Cloud, video editing applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
• The ability and propensity to review performance and customer metrics to determine trends.
• Aptitude to analyze data and make suggestions and modifications for improvement.
• Requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and thorough manner, and question conventional thinking.
