What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource for contracts funded by the Office of Early Education
- Participate in the development and monitoring of contracts and grants
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding funding
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support project goals and objectives
- Track and report on budget development and program performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum of three years of professional experience
- Experience in developing and monitoring contracts
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships to achieve work goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the state classified service or military service at the E-6 level or higher
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to educational funding
- Skills in planning, scheduling, and conducting research for project support
- Background in budget development and performance monitoring
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate project outcomes
