Position Overview
The Delivery Station Customer Service Associate serves as the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s logistics network. You will provide real‑time, hands‑on assistance to customers, delivery partners, and internal colleagues, ensuring that every parcel arrives on time and every inquiry is resolved with empathy and precision. This role is a blend of in‑person interaction, telephone and email communication, and on‑the‑spot problem solving—all while operating within a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers face‑to‑face, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries with a courteous and helpful tone.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose delivery issues, set realistic expectations, and take decisive action to resolve problems or coordinate with delivery partners.
- Communication Excellence: Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses that accurately address customer concerns.
- Prioritization & Judgment: Assess multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize based on urgency, and apply logical reasoning to deliver the best outcome.
- Physical Support Tasks: Safely lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach items up to 49 pounds; stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
- Adaptability: Operate comfortably in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures; wear hearing protection as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and cross‑functional teams to share insights and improve processes.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to empathize, listen, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong proficiency with arenaflex OS environments and arenaflex Outlook (email) as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers and instant messenger tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast‑moving setting.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work‑related experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality.
