Process Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Maintain and update records and databases with the utmost attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure timely completion of data entry and DSC processing tasks to meet deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to data entry and DSC processing. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy. Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in technical and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in data entry and knowledge of DSC processing will be an advantage. The candidate must be ready to join immediately.
