Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Agent to join our team at Workwarp! As a Data Entry Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database by accurately entering and updating teacher pension data. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into our database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness. Review and verify data for accuracy, and maintain and update existing data records to ensure all information is current and correct. Generate and distribute reports as required by management, and ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
