Title: Data Analyst-II Location: RO, USA, CA, San Francisco, Folsom St Bay Area CA (Remote) Pay rate-$50/hr on W2 Duration : 04+ Months Internal Job Title: CRM Data Quality Analyst –Ads & Promotions (Franchise Segment) Role Overview Client is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Quality Analyst to support the Ads & Promotions business within the Franchise segment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM data that powers sales, account management, and marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in maintaining clean and reliable data across systems, enabling better decision-making, campaign execution, and partner engagement. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Reconcile data across multiple systems (CRM platforms, internal tools, data exports, and reporting dashboards) to ensure consistency and accuracy Identify, investigate, and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records within the CRM Execute bulk data cleanup and normalization efforts, including standardizing naming conventions, formatting, and account hierarchies Conduct regular audits of CRM data quality and proactively surface systemic issues impacting data integrity Build, maintain, and improve data validation rules, workflows, and QA processes to prevent future data issues Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to correct data discrepancies and reinforce best practices Document data processes, cleanup methodologies, and governance standards Recommend and implement process improvements to support ongoing data hygiene and scalability Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in data quality, operations, CRM management, or a related field Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems) Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation) Experience with data reconciliation, cleansing, and validation techniques Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns in data Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Ads, Promotions, or Sales Operations functions Familiarity with franchise or multi-location business models Basic SQL or experience querying datasets Experience working with large datasets and bulk data operations Exposure to data governance or data stewardship practices Additional notes: Sets up new customers, establishing the customer role in the system. Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data. Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to customer setup using established guidelines. Works with supervisor to develop solutions when problem is more complex of affects multiple processes across the department. Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status. Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results. Creates and updates core master data procedures as directed. Begins to demonstrate understanding of processing customer requests to downstream processes/systems. Participates on projects as required and assigned by management. Identifies technical issues encountered in the production environment to the IT department and escalates for resolution.
