Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and electronic systems
- Review and verify the accuracy of documents before data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage electronic records efficiently
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies in data
- Follow company guidelines and data security protocols
- Meet daily or weekly productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
- Familiarity with data management systems or CRM software
