Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, utilizing tools like ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to streamline workflows and stay organized.
- Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled promptly and accurately.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company knowledge and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information.
- Participate in team discussions, sharing insights and suggestions to improve customer support processes and overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
