Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team at Enhanced Labs. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking information. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the e-commerce or DTC sector. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer support software and tools. Must be available to work following US timezone. Nice to have Experience with CRM systems. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and operations. Fluency in additional languages.
