**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
* Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
* Assisting third parties with policy documentation and changes
* Ensuring customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
* Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team Lead
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Property & Casualty insurance license
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Previous call center experience
* Empathy towards customer needs
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
* Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST
