Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our SilverRock team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing clear and concise information about their warranty and ancillary products.
- Educate customers about their warranty coverage, ensuring they understand their benefits and how to access them.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective problem-solving skills.
- Utilize our self-service options to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices.
- Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing.
- Fluent Spanish speaker (extra 25 cents per hour).
