Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department as needed, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary.
- Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits.

- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and meetings with management via camera, ensuring interactive and communicative collaboration.
