Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options.
- Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims.
- Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers.
- Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions.
Required Qualifications
- No prior customer service or insurance experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.).
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
