Our Inbound Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in supporting Australians on the road, ensuring they stay safe and moving. As the first point of contact for members in need of NRMA Roadside Assistance, you’ll provide reassurance and fast solutions in moments that matter.
KEY INFORMATION
We are looking for Gosford based employees (must reside within 60km to Gosford) to start on the 22nd September 2025. This is a hybrid working position, primarily working remotely from home but also with a commitment to work from our Sydney Olympic Park/Gosford offices as directed.
We are currently offering full time and part time opportunities.
Full time: Work 35 hours per week on a 3-week rotational roster between the hours of 5am-midnight, Monday to Sunday (must have full availability during these times)
Part time: Work 5 hours a day with full availability between the following days; Mon, Thu and Fri between 15:00 - 22:00 & Sat between 08:00 - 15:00.
