Leavitt Machinery is one of the fastest growing material handling equipment dealerships in North America, and they are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative for their Customer Service Representative role. The role involves driving new sources of revenue through selling service agreements and effectively managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Driving new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory to meet sales targets
- Prospecting for new business, effectively managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions and maintenance programs
- Tactfully and professionally negotiating with customers to close deals
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
- Conducting regular customer site visits and meeting with new prospective customers
- Producing leads and opportunities for all business units
- Tracking leads and maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Skills
- At least one year of outside B2B sales experience
- Previous heavy-duty machinery or material handling industry experience is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong motivation, resiliency, and drive to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and exercise strong judgment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed
