Position Overview – First‑Shift Customer Service Center Coordinator
This is a full‑time, first‑shift role (anticipated hours 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional weekend coverage) located in Irving, Texas. As the primary point of contact for our Smart Buildings, Automation, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems customers, you will coordinate emergency dispatches, manage service documentation, and support field technicians to ensure rapid, high‑quality resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service Coordination
- Answer incoming service calls, accurately capture details, and prioritize emergency requests for Smart Buildings, fire alarm, and security system customers.
- Dispatch field technicians and third‑party service partners, ensuring the right expertise is matched to each incident.
- Maintain real‑time visibility of field resources, adjusting schedules as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Serve as the central hub for all service‑related communications, providing status updates to customers, internal stakeholders, and management.
Documentation & Data Management

Collaboration & Support Functions

- Assist in training new hires on call handling protocols, dispatch procedures, and software tools.
- Provide after‑hours on‑call support on a rotating basis, ensuring seamless coverage across all shifts.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or state‑recognized GED required; associate degree preferred.
