The Corporate Communications & Employee Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering a connected and informed culture at Included Health. They will be instrumental in creating compelling content, managing engaging internal programs and events, and optimizing communication channels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in internal communications or corporate communications, ideally within the healthcare industry or a similarly regulated and fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
