Location: Remote Connecticut Facilitate the processing of domestic and international wire transfers adhering to internal and industry deadlines. Respond to and track investigations regarding wire transfers as needed. Perform exception OFAC reviews. Refer to and work closely with the BSA Department towards resolution as needed. Process daily service requests from internal partners including but not limited to: Fed Service Messages and Returns. Process Drawdowns timely and accurately. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Recommend changes and enhancements to management when appropriate. Experience: Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelors, and/or Masters) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position. For this position, you must have at least 3 years of banking experience. Customer Service experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast passed environment. Telephone communication skills. The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
