As a Content Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for accurate record keeping of content assets and related liabilities, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for financial closes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the monthly and quarterly close journal entries accounting for all content assets and liabilities acquired in the period
- Assisting in the preparation of flux and financial statement analyses
- Inputting records and associated metadata into our accounting reports
- Consolidating reports from various stakeholders for analysis, proactively flagging items requiring further investigation
- Participating in internal projects to help drive successful implementation
Skills
- 1+ years of experience
- B.S. in Accounting with working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Public accounting experience
- CPA designation
- Microsoft Excel skills (Index Match, sumifs, pivot tables, etc.)
- A curiosity mindset to understand the upstream and downstream impacts of your daily work
