We are seeking a Consulting Clinical Manager with strong experience in Life Sciences consulting, particularly across clinical development and R&D operations.
The ideal candidate combines strategic insight and hands-on delivery, leading complex client engagements, managing teams, and driving transformation initiatives across clinical and digital functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects and workstreams within clinical and R&D transformation programs
- Design and implement operating models, business processes, and digital solutions
- Drive adoption of clinical and enterprise systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF)
- Manage stakeholders, governance, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Support business development and mentor junior team members
Required Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting and/or clinical development environments
- Strong knowledge of clinical, regulatory, or R&D operations
- Experience with digital transformation and clinical systems implementations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Fluent English
