About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers who are part of self-directed Medicaid programs. You'll provide compassionate and professional support, answering calls, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that patients receive the care they need, and caregivers receive the support and compensation they deserve.

To work from home as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

Flexible Scheduling and Hours of Operation

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when you work and when you don't, within the client's hours of operation. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Please note that you'll need to service at least 20 hours per week, with some hours on Mondays and Fridays, as these are particularly busy days.
