This is a remote position.
Netziah is expanding its sales organization and is looking for a confident, polished Closing Specialist to lead high-level sales conversations with U.S. business owners. You will handle warm leads pre-qualified by our Sales Development team and guide prospects through a needs-based, consultative sales process.
Your mission: understand business challenges, present the right solution, and close long-term consulting and marketing engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic Zoom or phone sales calls with leads sourced by the SDR team.
- Present Netziah’s services clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- Diagnose prospect needs and recommend the ideal consulting or marketing package.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records within the CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and SDR team to optimize close rates.
- Execute structured follow-up sequences, send proposals, and manage objections.
- Meet weekly KPIs for calls, proposals, pipeline activity, and closed deals.
- Close deals with U.S. clients across industries such as legal, e-commerce, and professional services.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2+ years of proven closing experience in B2B sales, consulting, agency sales, SaaS, or similar.
- Exceptional spoken and written English with strong rapport-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and business owners.
- Familiar with CRMs and structured sales methodologies.
- High-energy, results-driven, and comfortable working U.S. business hours.
- Able to communicate value and handle objections professionally.
