Clinical Support Specialist - Hybrid Role

We offer a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nurse schedules to ensure optimal staffing for full-time, part-time, and agency nurses.
• Communicate critical patient treatment changes and nursing orders to the appropriate clinical staff.
• Coordinate patient onboarding with CoraM nurses and home care organizations.
• Work a flexible schedule (8 am to 5 pm CST) with availability for weekend and evening on-call support.
• Cover four service areas: Alright/AR/LA and Dallas.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of one year of healthcare industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong critical thinking and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years of healthcare experience.
• Four years of direct patient care experience.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology.
