• *Role Responsibilities
• Map end-to-end healthcare workflows across clinical, RCM, and payer systems
• Describe data flow across systems (intake → processing → decision → output)
• Provide structured, step-by-step workflow breakdowns (e.g., prior auth, imaging review, claims adjudication)
• Identify decision points, compliance requirements, and edge cases
• Evaluate expected capabilities of healthcare professionals using each system
• Produce clear, detailed workflow writeups within defined time constraints
• *Requirements
• Hands-on experience with at least one healthcare system (RCM, clinical, pharmacy, or payer platforms)
• Background in clinical care, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or payer administration
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data flows
• Ability to articulate detailed, real-world workflows (not just features)
