The Client Success Manager we are looking for is a New Orlean or St. Louis based individual and is responsible for ensuring an exceptional, consistent experience for students, families, and school partners throughout the lifecycle of our tutoring programs. This role focuses on retention, satisfaction, proactive communication, and delivery of promised academic outcomes, working closely with internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for school partners, parents, and students
Lead onboarding, scheduling coordination, and ongoing program communication
Monitor attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and risk indicators
Proactively address concerns, escalations, and service gaps with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate closely with tutors, quality analysts, and operations teams to ensure program success
Collect and analyze feedback to support renewals, expansions, and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM and internal systems
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer success, education services, or a client-facing service role
Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time management
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across schools, families, and internal teams
Experience using CRM's
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
