As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the voice of Jewelers Mutual, providing exceptional support to our clients and field agents. You'll play a key role in fostering strong relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and contributing to the growth of our business.


Position Summary:

Provide superior service to current and future policyholders by effectively marketing products and building strong relationships to meet service and retention goals; Provides general support to JMI field agents to facilitate new business growth.
