What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead change management projects, including development, execution, and direction, ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with project teams and support partners to address communication and training needs for successful adoption
- Establish and uphold change management standards, processes, and tools while monitoring compliance
- Analyze, track, and report on project impact and performance using key metrics
- Communicate effectively with management, associates, and broader business units to facilitate change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Change Management, OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Change Management
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence others and work towards common goals
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in uncertain and fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in change management or a related role
- Experience in banking or other regulated industries
- Prosci© Change Management Certification
- First-hand experience leading change during periods of change saturation, such as mergers and acquisitions
