Be a part of moving careers forward! This is a Full-time, work from home positions which can be located in St. Louis, MO; Seattle, WA, or the Carolinas. Description We have an opening for a full-time career coach to support our relocation and outplacement solutions. This role would work 100% remotely from a home office with flexibility in setting hours. The Career Coach provides high-impact, technology-forward coaching on career planning, networking, LinkedIn use and optimization, resume development, interviewing, and negotiating skills, and the effective use of AI tools in the modern job search. This is a role for a tech-savvy, AI-aware coach who embraces digital tools to enhance the coaching experience, improve job search outcomes, and empower clients to confidently navigate an increasingly technology-driven employment landscape. Relocation Coaching: Companies purchase our relocation solutions for employees who are moving to other cities for their jobs. The Career Coach / Relocation Consultant serves as the primary point of contact and 1:1 coach throughout the transition by supporting our clients’ employees and their spouses/families as they acclimate to their new locations. Outplacement Coaching: Companies utilize our outplacement services to support employees affected by involuntary separations. Our coaches shape job seekers' next steps to help them find a new career. The Career Coach integrates technology and AI-enhanced strategies into coaching engagements. This includes: • Coaching program participants in conducting tech-enabled job searches. • Leveraging AI-driven job search platforms and labor market tools. • Advising on remote/hybrid work trends and digital networking strategies. • Guiding and teaching clients in using AI responsibly, ethically, and effectively for resume development/enhancement, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, research and job search communications. • Coaching on digital presence, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-informed job search strategies. • Leveraging virtual coaching platforms, analytics, and technology tools to track progress and engagement. Additional Essential Functions Maintains proactive contact with assigned recipients via phone, email, and meetings. • Guides program participants through the coaching process and milestone completion. • Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and career options. • Works directly with Résumé and Research departments to ensure services provided meet identified needs. • Coaches on résumé writing, LinkedIn profile, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating. • Career coaching includes assisting domestic accompanying spouses/partners due to relocation, as well as international job seekers on Visas, so coaching will include alternative options if candidate is unable to legally work in the US. • Maintains detailed and timely service delivery records and data (via CRM) for each program participant serviced. • Monitors the progress of participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and deals with personal issues that are affecting their careers. • Responsible for achieving quality results throughout the relationship with assigned participants; responds to and incorporates quality assurance feedback in fostering professional growth. • Incorporates time management techniques and balances program delivery demands to effectively service all recipients. • Travel occasionally, including domestic overnight travel to our client locations to deliver workshops or coaching. • Group facilitation experience delivering in-person workshops. • Performs other duties as required. Requirements Minimum three to five years of experience in the delivery of job search strategy/career coaching to individuals in various industries and levels. Experience coaching others in job search. Experience with resume development, interview preparation, career exploration, LinkedIn profiles, and other social media platforms, plus other aspects of job search coaching. • Bachelor’s degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, counseling, business or related field required; master’s degree preferred. • Coaching certification or training is highly regarded. • Well-versed in coaching domestic job seekers as well as international job seekers regarding immigration issues, visas, repatriation, and work authorization constraints. • Very strong verbal and written communication skills. • Able to analyze and appropriately address transitional needs. • Highly organized and able to prioritize and fulfill both departmental and positional responsibilities. • Understands the local and national job markets. • Experience with virtual coaching. • Savvy with technology and tech trends. High-speed internet connection on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required (for remote work/work from home). • Lives within 60 minutes of a major airport. • Prefer experience in delivering in-person group training.
