Training is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST for the first 4–6 weeks (attendance is mandatory). Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide critical support to patients and healthcare providers by coordinating care, answering questions, and managing referrals in a professional and compassionate manner.
