Job Description: We are a growing media and marketing company looking for an experienced Campaign Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads. This role is project-based to start, with potential for ongoing work if it’s a strong fit. We work with service-based businesses and personal brands, so we need someone who understands lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance optimization — not just boosting posts. Scope of Work: Set up and manage campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) Campaign strategy and funnel planning Audience research and keyword research Pixel and conversion tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) A/B testing (creatives, headlines, targeting) Budget allocation and optimization Performance reporting with insights and recommendations Requirements: Proven experience running profitable Google and Meta campaigns Strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution Experience with retargeting and multi-step funnels Ability to improve cost per lead and conversion rate Clear communication and organized reporting To Apply, Please Include: Campaign examples or case studies Industries you’ve worked with Typical ad budget ranges you’ve managed Key results (CPL, ROAS, conversions, etc.) Your preferred project-based rate or structure We’re looking for someone reliable, strategic, and data-driven.
