Job Description:
• Support the design, configuration, and delivery of Order to Cash (O2C) system solutions in Oracle Cloud ERP and related platforms.
• Contribute to projects across Billing, Credit & Collections, and Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and assist in testing and deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales/Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Support and at times lead discovery, design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud O2C modules (AR, Billing, Collections, Credit, CDM), HighRadius, and Billing Platform.
• Document requirements, configurations, and test results to support auditability and readiness.
• Work with operational support counterparts to address system issues and integrate user feedback into enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in O2C processes through automation and standardization.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements by following established practices and documentation standards.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and contribute ideas for adoption; participate in enablement sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, ERP, or business systems roles.
• At least 2 years with Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules.
• Experience contributing to ERP/O2C implementations (supporting design, testing, deployment).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce, billing/revenue platforms (Billing Platform), or collections tools (e.g., HighRadius) (preferred).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or tools like OIC (preferred).
• Interest in automation, AI-enabled processes, or advanced reporting in financial systems (preferred).
• Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables Certified Implementation Professional Certification (preferred).
• Background working in agile or hybrid delivery models (preferred).
