Advisor360° is a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space that transforms how wealth management firms operate and serve their clients. The Business Development Representative will focus on prospecting new clients, educating them on the platform's value, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Advisor360°’s platform
- Educate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology, including advisor efficiency, operational scalability, and improved client experiences
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
- Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms
- Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, data fragmentation, compliance, reporting, and firm growth
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles
- Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value
- A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders
- SaaS, FinTech, or AI experience
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
