We at Rebound Therapies are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) - Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members - Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment - Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed - Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers - Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA - All time Paid: 75% billable hours during your workweek, 25% non-billable hours If you are a skilled and compassionate BCBA looking to join a team that values excellence and is dedicated to making a difference, we encourage you to apply!
