About the Role: Making a Difference in Members' Lives
As a Wellness Services Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to participants of various health and wellness programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our members receive the support they need to achieve their health goals. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, and interacting with members through multiple software interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls for our health and wellness incentive programs, providing personalized support to members.
- Summarize each call accurately and effectively by taking detailed notes, ensuring seamless follow-up and resolution.
- Listen attentively to member questions and concerns, responding promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
- Register members to wellness programs, administer health assessments, and conduct retention campaigns to promote member engagement.
- Assist members with navigating our wellness portals and ordering catalog items, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Manage multiple software interfaces for different wellness programs, leveraging your technical skills to drive efficiency.
- Follow best practices regarding HIPAA laws and protection of member's PHI, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- A performance-driven mindset, with the ability to meet daily and monthly benchmark goals.
- Proficiency in working with different software programs and interfaces, including Five9 and MS Teams.
- Comfort with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting blithequark's productivity requirements in a remote home office setting.
- A typing speed of at least 65 WPM, with the ability to use computer/monitor throughout the course of the workday.
- A high-speed internet connection (at least 50 mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free space to work without background noise.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of health and wellness programs.
- Technical skills in multiple software interfaces, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
