Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI software and tools to provide valuable insights to clients.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
Continuously monitor and optimize reports to improve performance and user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI reporting to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting and data sources.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into the reporting system.
Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize and interpret reports and dashboards.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality reports within the agreed-upon deadlines.
Act as a subject matter expert in BI reporting and provide guidance to team members and clients.
Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to showcase the value of BI reporting and its impact on their business.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and how data can be leveraged to drive decision-making.
Continuously improve and optimize existing reports and processes to enhance the overall reporting experience for clients.
Comply with data security and privacy policies and ensure confidentiality of client information.
