Behavioral Health Specialist (Certified in Sexual Health) First Call Urology – Remote (Telehealth) Part-Time or Contract | Flexible Hours | Multi-State Growth Opportunity About First Call Urology First Call Urology is a digital-first urology platform expanding access to specialty care across the U.S. We focus on early intervention, chronic condition management, and men’s health — with a strong emphasis on sexual health, prostate care, and urinary conditions. We partner with value-based care organizations, employers, and community clinics to improve access and reduce downstream healthcare costs. As we grow, we are expanding our behavioral health services to better support patients experiencing sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, relationship-related concerns, and associated mental health conditions. Position Overview We are seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist certified in sexual health to join our telehealth team. This role will provide virtual therapy services to patients with sexual health concerns and general behavioral health needs, including: • Sexual performance anxiety • Erectile dysfunction-related distress • Relationship and intimacy concerns • Depression and anxiety • Adjustment disorders • Chronic illness-related psychological stress You will work closely with our medical providers to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities • Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions (individual primarily; couples optional) • Conduct behavioral health assessments • Develop treatment plans tailored to sexual health and urology-related concerns • Collaborate with urology providers for coordinated care • Maintain accurate documentation within our EMR • Participate in case discussions as needed Qualifications Required: • Licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) • Certification or formal training in sexual health/sex therapy • Active state license (multi-state licensure preferred) • Experience treating sexual dysfunction and performance-related anxiety • Experience with telehealth platforms Preferred: • AASECT certification (or working toward certification) • Experience in men’s health or chronic disease behavioral support • Experience working in collaborative care models Compensation • Competitive per-session rate (based on experience and licensure) • Flexible scheduling • Remote work • Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding specialty platform Why Join First Call Urology? • Be part of an innovative specialty care model • Help normalize and destigmatize sexual health treatment • Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking clinical environment • Opportunity for leadership as behavioral services expand To Apply Please submit: • Resume/CV • Copy of active license(s) • Brief statement describing your experience in sexual health requested Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week Work Location: Remote
