CalRecycle is California’s Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery, dedicated to enhancing the state’s recycling and waste management programs. The Auditor will perform audits and reviews of entities receiving funds from CalRecycle and other state or local entities, ensuring compliance with established audit procedures. Responsibilities - Perform audits and reviews of entities participating in the various programs that receive funds from CalRecycle, or other State or local entities and are subject to audit in accordance with general auditing standards and the Office’s established audit procedures - May include weekend and/or overnight travel that may require an adjustment to the employee’s work schedule - Requires approximately 20% travel during the year Skills - A valid California Drivers License (CDL) - Submission of a standard state application (Form Std.678) with an original signature - Indication of RPA 25-169 & Position # 835-266-5841-722 in the 'Job Title(s)' section of the Standard State Application - Attachment of a copy of your transcripts (unofficial or official) to your application - Resume is optional.
